loss

This year (which is not finished yet!) has witnessed many losses. I think it is the first time ever in my life that i know of so many losses.

It reminds of me the following passage in the bible (see below). There is a time for everything. Unfortunately, there is also a time to die.

The few past years, i went to 10 weddings per year but this year is different.

As I grow older, I realize how precious my parents are. When i was little, they were there for me, i took them for granted. In my 20s, i was fighting to acquire my own freedom. Parents have to live old so that we can appreciate them when we grow older too! we then start to understand their sacrificial love and their wisdom.

My heart is heavy for all my friends who have lost a parent or relative!

Yeah, Ericsson is a great place to work, you may become a multi-millionaire =)

Last Thursday, we learnt that an Ericsson employee won the big jackpot of 17 millions at lotto 649!!!

Of course, he resigned the day of, when he knew that he was the winner!!!!

But, the rest of us, we were wondering what we would do with 17 million dollars ...

I think I would buy an I-Phone to replace my terrible phone right now!!!!

sufferings!!!

coeurs sensibles a s'abstenir!!!

i have been quite sick for the past 2 weeks. ah!!! life sucks!!!!

the first week, i was totally down because of a hive crises.

hives are scary. they appear from nowhere to everywhere within a hour or two!!!

i could not even sleep. that's the worse pain ever, for me.

well, the hives went away magically after 5 days! what a relief!

then, in the second week, i was down with headackes and just the feeling of feeling not well (or sick). it is terrible too. and i could not do much about that. i just slept a lot =), that's what i do best i think. so, half of the time i was suffering and half of the time, i was sleeping!

i am getting better though and when i do feel well, i am very thankful and realize how much it is a blessing to be healthy and well!!! because when i was sick, my whole world was just me, i could not think of anybody else. my focus was on me and it made me feel even more miserable!

i am learning lesssons on pains and sufferings .. the hard way =(
