linda and sandra. that's their names. they take care of the kitchens. today i met both of them. usually, i just see one of them at a time. but lucky me, they were cleaning the kitchen together today. so i had a chat with them. linda remembers me, of course i am the only chinese girl there and she keeps calling me Katherine. none of us knows why. i kindly reminds her that my name is marine but katherine is nice too :-)
they love their job and the place, they are so dedicated to their tasks. they don't mind cleaning the tables over and over again. they do that with a big smile and genuine willingness! it's their pleasure to make us happy by taking care of the meals and kitchens.
it makes me wonder about my own behaviour towards my job and tasks ... am i as eager and dedicated as them?
i am glad to know people like them and to be challenged by them!
