two weekends ago, i went to Customer Service at Ikea.
wow, amazing! it is like a store by itself. i have never thought that it could be so big. i thought that it would take 2 minutes to return something to a small counter near the other cashdesks. how wrong i was!!!
instead, it took more than 30 minutes, waiting in a big room with a number, it felt so wrong ... we live in a world of consummarism ...
anyways, this has been a shocking shopping experience to me ... i have never shopped as much as now that i am married!
